📍 Pricing is per structure/building. If multiple buildings are photographed on the same day, each building is billed as a separate project. Pricing is based on the number of final edited images selected — not time on site. On-site time estimates are provided for planning purposes only.
This pricing applies to regional residential projects, including work with interior designers, builders, and homeowners. Commercial properties and advertising usage are priced separately — contact for a custom quote.

10-Image Package — $2,000 (Typically requires ~1–6 hours on site)
Additional images:
Images 11–15: $175 each
Images 16–20: $150 each
Images 21–25: $125 each
Images 26+: $75 each
25-Image Package — $3,800 (Typically requires 6+ hours on site)
Additional images (beyond 25): $75 each

One location
Pre-shoot consultation to align on creative goals
On-site collaboration to carefully compose and style each shot
Drone photography (weather and FAA permitting)
Premium lighting using natural light and advanced compositing
Expert post-production on selected images (retouching, color work, window pulls, object removal as needed)
One round of revisions per image (additional revisions: $50/image)
Final high-resolution digital images delivered via online gallery
USAGE RIGHTS: Licensed for your own use only (e.g., website, social media, marketing, internal documents). Redistribution is not permitted. This includes giving, selling, or sharing images with third parties such as:
Vendors
Contractors
Builders
Architects
Designers
Publications
Product manufacturers
Any third-party use requires separate licensing directly through the photographer.
